Let's Get To Work
Nice to meet you
Cody Owens
President/CEO
Since attending college in the late 2000s, Cody has worked on many facets of oil and gas construction sites, from building roads and pad sites to pipelines and production facilities. Before conceiving the idea of Bold Pipeline Services, Cody found that he had a knack for oilfield construction and decided to enter the industry full time. His upbringing and advanced knowledge at a young age allowed him to start as crew foreman with family-owned H & S Constructors.
While there, he built a deeper knowledge of pipeline construction and maintenance industry. During his tenure at H & S, Cody managed projects from 2” field lines, facility build-outs for small operators to big pipeline projects for multinational midstream companies. In 2012, Cody moved to West Texas and became Superintendent for New Mexico Rentals, where he again worked on multiple projects spanning from decommissioning plants to new pipeline installations.
As Cody furthered his expertise, he took the role of South Texas Operations Manager for Jennings Energy Services. As ops manager, his responsibilities were shifted from field operations to management and he oversaw the construction of over 250 miles of pipeline and 5 saltwater disposal rebuilds.
With his new position, he gained an insurmountable amount of experience working with his team and upper management, which allowed him to sharpen his skills and business management acumen. It is during this time that Cody saw that opportunities abound and committed to establishing his own construction company. In late 2021 that opportunity arose, and Bold Pipeline Services was launched.

In 2015, Josh started Diamond W Services, which furthered his experience in civil construction and pipeline maintenance.
As Diamond W’s business and reputation grew, new business ventures presented themselves. In late 2021, the idea of Bold Pipeline Services was hatched and since its inception, Josh and the team have continued building on their previous experience and reputation.
